A Vintage VW Camper Experience
Flora VW Hire is based in Peterborough and serves the surrounding areas, although we can travel further afield if required. Our aim is to help you to bring a quirky edge to your event. We have a range of services we can provide using our 1971 Early Bay VW Camper named Rosie. From using her for your event transport, or as an unusual mobile Photobooth or even offering your guest sweets from the trunk. Our aim is to work with you to bring a special touch to your event.
Although we have basic packages for each of our hire services we understand every event and client is different. We really enjoy working with clients to provide a package that is tailored to their needs so if you have an idea, that great! Lets see how we at Flora VW can help you to make it a reality!!!
‘Grab a Prop, Strike a Pose!’
In addition to our VW Camper being used as transport for your event Rosie can be left at your venue and transformed into a Photobooth for your guests to enjoy. She can help you to gather precious memories of your guests whilst also being a great conversation starter! Any wild idea—- that’s fabulous at, Flora VW we love a challenge, just get in touch!

Our VW Camper Rosie’s trunk can be setup as a sweetie stand amongst other things. We are also busy at Flora VW Headquarters working on a traditional ‘Sweet Cart’, her name is yet to be decided but she will be available to hire from June 2024.

At Flora VW Headquarters we have recently acquired a VW Spilt-Screen Camper to give our lovely Rosie a friend.. Introducing ‘Maggie’ who is currently undergoing a refurbishment and she should be ready to hire from Spring 2025. Keep an eye on our blog where we will be posting updates of her transformation!

About Us
We are a group of three friends, Charlotte, Pippa & Mark all based in or around Peterborough. Our journey of Flora VW Hire being born started in the Summer of 2023 and it has been a busy few months. For one reason and another Charlotte brought an old beaten up 1971 VW Camper to work on during the summer with her girls. Soon enough Mark was doing the wiring, Pippa the polishing of all manner of chrome and needless to say we have never looked back! As a group of single parents we were keen to find ways to spend more time with our children… We wanted to be working in a typical 9-5 job less and not rely on childcare especially during the summer. From there came the idea of Flora VW Hire… Mark is the Vehicle Guru, Charlotte the Photobooth Mastermind and Pippa the Sweetie Queen.
